Sthea Mason-Kapoor

I am a current TMCA Credentialed Mediator since 2016 and am committed to standards of training, experience and pursuit of continuing education in the practice of mediation. In 2009 I completed a Master’s degree in Conflict Transformation, providing a broad theoretical underpinning to my work on conflict.

My career has primarily been with non-profit organizations especially in adult workforce education, providing a listening ear and guidance for thousands of individuals from all walks of life including providing job skills training in the Travis County Jail.
